1.The agreement

            The purchase of any services offered by Stefano Tours on this website constitutes a contractual agreement between                the person making the booking and Stefano Tours, and represents acceptance of Stefano Tours's Terms and                              Conditions described below.

 

 2.Booking and Payment

    Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with you booking details.

         No deposit nor advanced payment is required upon your booking.

         You can just pay on the day of the tour, or few days prior the tour starts.

         Payments shall be performed with cash transaction (preferably local currency) or bank transfer.

         In case a payment is performed through bank transfer, a valid proof of the transaction shall be given to Stefano Tours               prior the tour starts.

        We do not accept credit cards or checks.

     3.Cancellation Policy

     There’s no cancellation fee, customers may cancel their booking arrangement at any time.

         However, we kindly ask all cancellations to be made by phone or email with as much notice as possible.

     4.Validity of prices

          All prices on Stefano Tours website are in ISK (Icelandic Krona) and include VAT and taxes.

          Stefano Tours reserves the right to increase prices published on our website without notice in the event of currency                 fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are beyond Stefano Tours's control.

         However, after the booking confirmation has been issued to the clients, the price is guaranteed against any surcharges.

      5.Liability

         Stefano Tours disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by                weather, road conditions, strikes or any other irregularity  outside Stefano Tours's control.

         In all the arrangements involving third parties Stefano Tours acts only as the agent of the client; therefore, Stefano                    Tours cannot be held responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, defaults or delays of any operators, hotels,                      airlines, restaurants or other agents, persons or companies, however caused.

         Stefano Tours do not assume responsibility for accidents or death that can be traced to the participant´s negligence,                acts of third parties or exterior circumstances such as weather, natural occurrences, war or other similar causes.

     6.Safety Changes

         For safety reasons, Stefano Tours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times of day tours, without              prior notice, should the necessity arise.

         In case one of our tours is cancelled due to bad weather, unsafe road conditions or any other force major events and              the customers have already paid for the tour, the cost of it will be entirely refund.
