Jeep Safari and Glacier Hike

Private adventure tour for everybody!!! We drive the south coast and we arrive at the Sólheimajökull glacier, an outlet of the Myrdalsjökull, fourth largest glacier in Iceland. Here I will gear you up with crampons, helmet, harness and ice axe and I will lead you in a great experience: walking on hard-ice, absolutely a must here in Iceland. This will be a relaxing and slow hike at a beginner difficulty level to explore and understand all the incredible beauties of the glaciers in Iceland.

After the glacier hike, in few minutes, we move to a completely different environment and landscape; a black sand desert along the coast, the perfect spot for our jeep safari!   Here we stop in a nice place on the way and enjoy to be alone in this incredible landscape, where we can also have a pic-nic and coffee break.

Next on the schedule is a visit at the majestic Skogarfoss waterfalls, before leading back to town.

Important: It's absolutely necessary for the glacier hiking to have sturdy hiking boots and warm waterproof clothes !!!

Please noteThe tour itineraries can change depending on the weather and road conditions. It's for your safety.
